- The movie was released by Mind's Eye Entertainment, the logo of which is an extreme close-up of a wide, staring eye on a black background.
Seeing that then seeing an innocent little girl about to drown in cement (complete with a Scare Chord at the beginning of said scene) is disturbing at the very least and this is right at the start of the movie.
- The opening scene with young Julie waking up to find she's been snatched from her bed (as indicated by the fact that she is barefoot in her nightdress), quite possibly in the middle of the night, and trapped inside a small, sealed room with no way out, no one knowing she's there or hearing her cries for help (presumably so or alternatively just ignoring her, just to twist the proverbial knife further), then someone starts pumping cement into the room, revealing it to actually be a hollow
