    (Nasdaq:PSUN), today announced that Gary H. Schoenfeld, who previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Vans, Inc. and Co-CEO and President of Global Brands Group, will become President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective June 29, Mr.

    Schoenfeld will succeed Sally Frame Kasaks, who has served as CEO since and as Chairman of the Board since Ms. Kasaks will remain a member of the Company's Board of Directors.
