Joe Budden is an American broadcaster, cultural critic, podcaster, media personality, and Grammy Award-nominated rapper. He hosts the bi-weekly podcast, The Joe Budden Podcast, and co-hosts the late-night talk show, State of the Culture, with Sean "P.

Diddy" Combs.  

Joe Budden was born Joseph Anthony Budden II on August 31, , the younger of two sons, to Joseph Budden and Fay Southerland.
